All Deviations

Of Silent Hills and Inner Pain by ~BloodY-CatalysiS:iconBloodY-CatalysiS:

"Why don't you tell us something about you, then?", asked respectfully No One. As you wish, they replied.

So the Demon went on scratching

Excavating flesh, splattered blood

Everywhere it searched for the reason

Inside the body of its host

But the bloody gore it handled

It spoke of nothing

And the rotten blood it tasted

It tasted of nothing

The brain was inflated, scorched

Yelling through electrical discharges

Groaning of misterious reactions

It would be a Renaissance to tear it

But so much loneliness

It was folly

And so much beautiful bliss

It went away

The Demon began to understand

And slowly yet painfully went insane

Becoming one with its host

An archaic structure of pain and blood

So everything still was there

So much pain

To have two spirits bound to you

Starving inside

"To writhe in a deep organ-knot shall be the first step", commented the Lady. And then there was silence.

ah, once again, thank you for using my stock....especially since this is one of my favorite pictures too.....this is quite a different poem from the others of yours i've read....the other ones were very gentle, quiet sort of pieces, tho this once is written still in that sort of...well not gentle....but calmly morose sort of way....like, the imagery here is so morbid, but it doesn't feel like your describing a disected carcass, but rather all of the organs, the blood, the flesh, the gore...they convey a sort of intimate connection between the protagonist and its emotions and struggles and pain, but pain of course in an emotional sense

:)

Your insight is very welcome here. In fact, I would be pleased to read of it more often, as well, like always, to talk with you.

And yes, whenever such an irrational and yet excruciating pain tortures me, there's nothing as relievieing as nurturing fantasies of my corpse more or less violently eviscerated.

Indeed, the embodiment of insanity. Most excellent work; your personification of insanity is a little too good... That Demon never leads to happy things. All a round excellence; great title and awesome preview image as well. Outstanding work.

My gift is to see those places and still come back alive. But you can see all too well how it can also be a damnation.

It seems I do not need God to exist to be torn in my Spirit as well.

The image is not mine, lady. What do you think of the poem, instead?
